DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping costs will be calculated based upon standard UPS ground service rates. Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and final destination of the package.
To ensure a wrinkle-free delivery, our upholstery fabrics are shipped on bolts. Due to the size of the bolts, UPS charges an additional $8.00 handling fee plus a $4 packing fee for each shipment. Your final shipping cost will reflect these charges.
Our bedding will arrive packaged in reusable organic cotton drawstring bags, and shipped via Amazon.com in boxes made from recycled materials. The shipping boxes are 100% recyclable after use. A thin layer of non-toxic GOTS approved plastic will be wrapped around the drawstring bags to keep them clean during shipping and warehousing.
RETURN POLICY
At Rubie Green it is our goal to ensure that every customer is a happy customer! Since our products are custom and made-to-order, they are not able to be returned so we suggest that you order swatches in advance via our website if you are concerned about matching. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will make every attempt to replace the damaged goods in a timely manner. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have, as we would love to hear from you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We gladly accept international orders for upholstery fabrics, but are unable to process them via this website. To place an international order for upholstery fabric, please contact Rubie Green at michelle.adams@rubiegreen.com with your order information and shipping address and we will be in touch with you shortly. Please note that our fabric is sold by the yard, and please allow extra time for shipping on all international orders. At this time we are unable to ship our bedding internationally, but we hope to do so in the future.
